The only SIM card that will work on the unlimited plan is an Airvoice Unlimited SIM card.

  

 

In order to begin service on the unlimited plan, customers must purchase an initial Airvoice Unlimited refill card to either activate their new account or to switch over to it from any other Airvoice wireless service plan.

 

 

 


Important information regarding customers Accounts:

 

A) Customers must refill their accounts on the day their account is set to expire in order to start a new cycle with “X” amount of days; depending on which card is purchased.
Refilling an account before the expiration date will result in
one
less day of use.
AirVoice will not issue any Credits or Refunds.

B) Customers must refill their accounts on the day that the airtime expires. If they do not add a refill card within 7 days from the date of expiration, the account will go into suspended mode, and they will need to contact customer service at 888-944-2355 to reinstate it.  The system will allow them to add a refill card while the account is suspended, however, the account will not be considered active until they call customer service to reinstate it.

 

Airvoice is not responsible for any lost days if the customer adds a card when the account is in suspended mode and fails to contact customer service to reactivate it.

The number will be canceled from the system if no refill is added to the account after 30 days from the expiration date. Customer will lose their number and will need to purchase a new Airvoice Unlimited SIM to begin service again.

 

C) Customers are unable to dial 411, International calls, or to numbers beginning with 877, 866, 800, or 888 (except for our customer service #). Customers are also unable to forward calls, initiate 3- way calls, or send/receive premium SMS.
